According to NY State Guidelines and the Commisioner's Regulations, our school has created a model plan that the Buffalo Police Department has lauded to be a high quality and thorough plan to be shared with other schools in their juresdiction.

Each year, we hold a hearing in May and open public comment and input in April. The Board of Trustees will vote on the Safety Plan at their respective May Board Meeting and hold a public hearing for efficacy of the plan. This year's plan was approved on May 25th and open comment took place from April 20, 2023 through May 24, 2023.
