WNY Maritime Charter School conducts a 1-week basic leadership training camp each August for cadets entering the high school.  Under the direct leadership of the CDR Anthony Deaville and NJROTC training command, this week is filled with intense, rigorous, but fulfilling experiences that make Maritime a school of excellence and a model school.  At Maritime, we not only grow students, we grow leaders.
